perfect place for exploring gaudi's masterpieces and local cafes
I loved having the ability to cook in the kitchenette, made life easy after long walks through the city. The area was so tranquil with local cafes and shops just a few steps away, giving it a genuine Barcelona vibe.

The advantages of the hotel are its location and nice staff. The hotel is very well located - we walked to the stop of the Hop off on Avenida Diagonal, also near the Metro Fontane, from which we reached Plaza Catalunya in 2 stops without interruptions (which is important in the Barcelona Metro, because the transitions are creepy: long and stuffy).
We stopped at a 24-hour drive in Barcelona. This is a hotel for very unpretentious travelers. We got a room on the 7th floor, to which we took the elevator with the doors (it made a huge impression on the children). The room has 3 rooms, the furniture - hi from the 70's (lacquered wooden doors), is already falling apart. The air conditioning was working, but it blew very hard into the sofa, in fact and without it we slept normally. In the evening the toilet was leaking, we cut off the water and turned it on only as needed. It wasn't a big surprise to hear it - probably not the first time... We didn't take breakfast - on the contrary, there was a very nice cafe, and when I looked into the room with the tables (probably, there were breakfasts in it), I was happy about it. In general, more than a couple of days I do not recommend stopping.

Room's clean, daily cleaning (but no towels changed in four days). staff is friendly. good location... close to the FGC station (underground train) - Placa Molina, makes a convenient trip to в¸з airport, with a transfer to Airbus on Placa Catalunya . it was more convenient for us to reach the sights by subway from the nearest Fontana station. closest supermarket is Dia (Cl. Guillem Tell 28-32. 08006), Consum (Carrer de Balmes. 30608006 Barcelona), small. weekend and late supermarket, Proxim, near the Fontana metro station on the Carrer de Breton de los Herreros, Across the street from the hotel is the Boci Cafeteria. where you can buy salads and side dishes in addition to cakes, highly recommended is the Sibarit's restaurant (Carrer de Guillem Tell no32 Barcelona. 08006), please ask for the day menu (it will be in Spanish, install an interpreter),
there's no electric kettle, water was heated in the pot, there's only three. on a stove of 3 burners, only 1 worked well. No frying pan. no microwave. There's a lot of noise from the road, closed windows don't save you. Hair dryer on demand, it wasn't in the room itself.

There were no obvious disadvantages to living in this aparthotel. In the evenings a bit slow wifi, but I would not say it's a minus - the speed is quite enough to surf the Internet.

Very large apartment, quite peaceful for 4 people. The staff is very attentive, responsive and positive. The kitchen is quite normal composition of dishes. Many metro stations and trains near the airport are very convenient to get to. There is a 24-hour front desk, which saved me a lot of time as I only entered the hotel by 11 pm. It will take you 20 minutes to reach Plaza Catalunya, Plaza Espana 25, Cathedral of the Holy Family 25. For that money, it's very good. Yes, the hotel has already gone through a lot, but it is clean and tidy!
No hair dryer, kettle. Yeah, it feels like there is subway, I did not feel it, but a lot of people might not like it.

There is a little bakery/chocolatery just across the street. Very near to station San Gervasi. Kind hotel staff. Kitchenette and fridge. Nice shower. Everything is clean. Recommended for people who are looking for a cheap hotel.
Two separate beds is one bed and one sleeping couch. Kitchen is very old. Matrasses are old.

Sweet as place, but kitchen could've done with a few more utensils. Loved the handy location near public transport, though!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is excelletn - walking distance to metro Line 6 and 7 and Line 3. You can get to the Mercat de la LLibertatIt near Passeig de Gracia by foot, where you can buy all kinds of fresh things - fruits, vegetable, seafood, meat, at etc. Though it is an old apartment it is clean. We enjoyed staying there.

Everything was old (except mattress), but very clean. It's nice and sweet for that people who like "retro" made in 70-80s. There's 24h-food store the next street. In walking distance from Passea de Gracia (trade street with Gaudi's buildings).
It's difficult to find for the first time. / В первый раз не просто найти. Заранее посмотрите карту.

The family studio rocked with a spacious vibe! The dining scene was fab with a bar and restaurant downstairs, and close by you've got all these chill cafes for a quick snack. Healthy Bites had some solid options to keep me fueled for my Barcelona adventures.
A little noise from the streets was a minor buzzkill too.
